To all of you folks out there in the Steel Guitar community that have never met this man, boy are you missing out. He is a world of knowledge when it comes to this instrument.
I had the opportunity to meet this gentleman in 2001 and immediately became friends with him, he has that way about him.
We shared our thoughts on music in general, and came to the same conclusions that the country from the 60's and 70's is the best. Especially the stuff that Lloyd Green, Weldon Myrick, Tom Brumley and Hal Rugg played on. THE GOOD STUFF!!!!!!!
If you want to meet him he will be at the Steel Guitar Convention in 2004 in St. Louis, just look for the guy sitting on the floor in front of the stage in the middle, ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT<<<<<<<<<<<.
Anyway I would like to invite you all to check out Walter's new website, he is just getting started so give him time, but I know that if he shows half as much passion about this website that he does with his music, its gonna be a WINNER!!!!!!.Check it Out>>>
