For all you guys out there that enjoy Ray Price songs, and THE sound of vintage Emmons and Sho-Bud through Fender and Standell amps, Bobbe's new CD is a must for your collection. The Cherokee Cowboy band is super, and Bobbe's delivery is unsurpassed and thank goodness he didn't sing.
And BTW order the tracks CD too. Best band you will ever play with.

Bobbe, what else was I supposed to say?

Very funny Johnny! You wern't going to say how much I was paying you for this comment were you?
Actually, this isn't my latest CD out, as I have done a Non-pedal country CD and just finished a steel guitar jazzy Christmas CD that will be out this week. Nashville's finest blessed me with their talents on this one also.

I also have a new (and pretty exciting)"Legal Defense Album" CD coming out in about two weeks, This should be a classic to love as I am throwing all caution to the wind and playing for the steel players and the families there of. It will include all the different styles that all us steel players have to play on any given job, but presented in a very "sock it to um'" commercial and fun varity of styles. Look for it soon and listen for it on satelite radio and "steelradio.com".
Players in other countries will hear it on their regular radio stations.
The "Legal Defense Album" CD has something for everyone in the family, and steel players, THE CAR WRECK IS ON THIS ONE!!

Yes, Gene did do a steel album, I'll never forget his "Funky Monkey" tune.

Call "Scotty's", I think he still has some copies in cassett format.

Gene was a great friend and player.

As much as a lot of us tried to get Bobbe to do a box set on the "Priceless" project, he only graced us with the one CD. I'm still waiting on "Priceless II". Do I have to start being a PITA again? And the tracks are great, too. Come on Bobbee...pleeeeeeeeze?
