As most of you know I have relocated to the Dallas/Ft. Worth are. Things are going great here so far. I have a great place to live and a great job. Everyone in Texas has welcomed me with open arms. I actually booked two playing jobs the second day I was in town. Next Saturday night I will be playing with Johnny Bush in Livingson Texas. I can't wait for that one.
Now for the announcement.
I began working with MSA a year ago as their customer service rep. in Nashville. I am happy to tell you that I now work full time for MSA in the Microspace manufactering facility. The past week has been one of the most exciting times in my life. Joan and I feel so blessed to have had so much good fortune.

Dang it Johnny! I was planning a trip to Nashville late October and was counting on seeing/hearing you as I understood you were at the Station Inn.
Dallas is a little too far for a weekend by car.

Thanks everyone for the welcome and well wishes. I have moved into a house here in Dallas in a lovely neighborhood thanks to a two very good friends. One that I have known for about two years and one whom I only met last week. I am so amazed at the kindness and generousity of the people here in Texas. God has had his hand on this move from day one, and to God I give all the glory.

I am glad to hear that things have worked out well. I had a suspicion this would be your announcement. Congradultions and good luck. When you want to see counrty side similar to "home", cruise north though Sherman and up to Lake Texoma. There is a little restaurant up there that has passable fish and hush puppies. Sorry I don't remember it's name.

Hey Johnny and Joan,
Glad that this move is happening for you guys. When I first took a break from Nashville I sat around thinking about what I was missing out on. Now I'm just happy to be busy.
I might be in the DFW area for a week this next spring and if so, hopefully we can hook up.
