He sounds like the International Steel Man of Mystery,I mean you hear about Hal and Weldon but never much about him I often wondered what happened to him after the Opry. Where is Sonny?

Sonny is retired on Centerhill Lake, near Nashville, living the life of Riley.
He deserves it, fishing? This is what he lives for now.

was just looking at my 'steel guitars of the grand ole opry' album with sonny, hal and weldon..... they were a little younger then.
what's the steel weldon (?) was playing then? the red one in the middle. |
