The tab and MP3 file are up on my Lesson Series Site for the subject song. It has always been a favourite of mine and some of you may like to try.
Thanks Ron.

Roy,
As I have told you many times, you have a touch that sends chills down my spine. Plus a tone to die for. There are very few players on this earth that can walk in the footseps of Tom Brumley on that tune.
Dear friend, you are ONE of those. May our precious Savior continue to bless you with such a beautiful talent,

I just checked the original record by Buck
from an Internet Site and you are right
Gary, it is done in C#.
If you take my tab and drop all the numbers
by 1 that will put you in C# mode.

It was recorded in C#, and your are correct, and Tom and I played it last year during the St. Louis convention together in that key...However, in concert with Buck, we always played it in C...

"Buckaroo" was in C#, too, I think. Buck also did some songs in Ab. Buck and Don may have tuned their guitars up half a step to get a twangier sound.

Steve - that makes sense. Then you'd play "Buckaroo" in the D position, which is where everybody plays it, anyway. See ya,

Roy, thanks for shareing the Tab for Togather Again. If you play steel you have to be able to play that just like anyone playing a standard has to be able to pick The Wildwood Flower.
I was able to play it in G starting on the high G but wasn't able to find that purty sound you were talking about. Gary Walker was over to the house (back when we both lived in Flagstaff) and he told me how. You might have keep some steelers from going crazy.
