Back in the 70,s a man walked in where I was teaching and said his wife wanted to learn to play steel guitar. I thought"why me Lord". But this young lady hung in there and after numerous club dates, Gospel dates, steel guitar shows, and three albums later, she has developed into one of the best pickers on the circuit. I am proud of her Husband Jim as he has supported her 110% and always is there for her. I am extremely proud of Janet Lynn for all she has accomplished playing steel guitar. Janet Lynn will be on the OSGA show Memorial Day weekend. Be sure to pick up one of her latest C.D.'s. "Last Call For Alter Call". Jody.

You said it all Jody. This lady is a great player and what a sweetheart. Of course Barbara and I are a bit prejudiced, heck we are a whole bunch prejudiced. She and Jim are two of our closest friends. Looking forward to being in Tulsa with her and Jim and by the way Jody, it won't be too bad having you along with us in Tulsa.

I have been hearing Janet Lynn for a few years now. She is always good, but I think the best I ever heard her play was at the Dallas Show this year. Bad knees and all. See you at Tulsa Janet. The Newberrys
