Yeah, you should get your ears checked! Tin doesn't rust...iron and steel do, though!

A lot of folks suffering from that condition have become vocalists and c/w band leaders.
Might give it some consideration. It's a viable alternative for a career path.

Hey Chris, good to hear from you.....Yeah old Dave could always belt out those shuffles, they were sure fun to play. I'm in limbo again, another hand operation, this makes the third one. Two on the left hand and now this one on the right....it sure screws up any pickin. So I'm just hanging out and posting silly notes in the forum.

Must be time for a Sacramento reunion! Kenny, you and I can compare tin ears and listen to Chris I. play. (Of course, with our tin ears, we'll never know whether or not he's actually in tune....)

Smiley, your something else!

Seriously, I would take offense to your comment since I consider myself a painter and an art educator, but I'm laughing to hard right now.

Is that anything like I been there, done that?

You sure we weren't in the same band?

GOD bless ya!

Smiley, I think I played with Van Gogh.....or was that a drummer, maybe a rock guitarist .

Hmmm, a lead singer, I think I tried that and flunked......I got it, I'll become a critic

Yeah,

I've heard a few singers that get so far off key, if they went just a hair over, one way other other, they'd be back on pitch. Sort of like an alignment!

Also a few singers and pickers too, with their timing off so as if they'd just speed up or slow down they'd catch up for a couple beats.

Noting like alittle musical sound color/hue to give them an Impression of the tune.

Starry, Starry Night!

Woody
