New student to-day. Just moved to Nova Scotia
from California.
He has a real nice lap steel but the pickup
cover is missing. Is there anywhere these
are available to-day? [IMG][ http://img195.echo.cx/img195/4281/national8a3cx.jpg[/IMG][/IMG]

I give up on the pic insertion. Jim Cohen
tried to help but I still can't get this
procedure right.
Anyway the cover I speak of is black plastic and it would finish a beautiful appearance.
The instrument otherwise is in excellent condition and excellent sounding. Purchase
CA for $600US

You're welcome Roy - that's a nice looking Dynamic. I hope you can find the pickup cover for it.

If you can't find an original, you may be able to get a replica made by a Plastics shop.

Roy, I found a real easy way to get your pictures on the forum. Go to http://freefilehosting.net/index.cfm?display=upload

Hit browse until you find the picture on your computer. I've found that 600x400 size works best. Once you find the pic and make sure it's the right size, hit upload to the right of browse. You pic will be listed in several different formats. Pick the one that has [img] before and after the file name. Copy that link. Now just go to the forum and post a message. Paste the link in the message and send. Your picture will magically appear. I just learned this trick myself a couple of days ago.

Well I am going to try that Terry. It's too late tonight but I will tomorrow. I like your directions. That's what I need ,,,step by step,,,,,
My daughter always teases me,,she says,,OK Dad I'm on page 2 now ,,,Are you with me?,,,
At the time it's quite annoying but in a quiet moment by myself in thought ,,,I can't help but laugh.
Keep up the good work. I love your playing.
It talks to me.
