Had yet another opportunity to listen to my friend Al Brisco at the BC jam this last week end. I just love his approach to the tunes he playes. "Make the song exciting to listen to." He is very creative in his playing, you notice I said his playing, not trying to copy everything everybody else does. Get his CD Picking Up The Dust and see what I mean.

Larry Behm, just another player playing outside the lines.

Al's album is among the top most listenable ones in my collection.
It would be great if he could take the time to do another.

I totally agree about Al's creative and tasty playing! Not only is he one of the nicest people in the world, but he is in my opinion one of the great underrated players. His 'Picking Up the Dust' CD is full of inspiring and great playing! When's your next CD coming AL??

I had checked with him a while ago. If I remember correctly, he said he is working on another release. If I'm right (which I hope I am) we may have more of Mr. Brisco to listen to soon.

I also had the pleasure of hearing Al's work at Okanagan Falls. Great-----Tasty---Clean----AND---Really good tone.
By the way Larry----You're no slouch at finding your way around your axe. Enjoyed "pickin' & grinin'" with at the Jam
