A clarification of this matter is posted under the thread Hal Rugg and as such may be overlooked by some who would really care to know the rest of the story. I have stated before and it doesn't need repeating but Dr. Wayne Yakes has the best of credentials and friends. You can take his word to the bank; I know I would; anyday !
