Lisa Spears?

What happened to Lisa Spears? Is she still playing the steel guitar? She Played the fire out of an old Sho-Bud in the late 80s on the ISGC Talent Search. She did the fastest version of Red Skin Rag that I have ever heard. I know she went on to play steel guitar in Porter Wagoner's all girl band, along with the fantastic fiddler Wanda Vick.

The last time I saw Lisa Spears was around 1976. Did you know that Lisa took pedal steel guitar lessons from the one and only Junior Brown?

Hi Tom,

I don't know Lisa's history, but I think she played the ISGC in about 1988 at the age of 19. This would make her 7 years old in 1976.
It seems that I recall her Sho-Bud was one of those early ones with an all wood cabinet.?? Does anyone have photos?
