Got it back from Bruce Heffner for set up. Plays great and the tone if killer. I'm playing it through my Webb with the tone selector on Solid State.

Now if only I can get my Boogie Stereo Preamp (w/spring reverb) serviced and get my new rack system on line!

Regards,
HH

Glad to hear you are enjoying the Legrande. It sure was one of my favourites.

How does it compare with the Fessy?

Mike,

Well, the Fessy doesn't have an E9 neck, so that can't be compared.

But the LG III C6 neck is on an equal par with the Fessy. I love 'em both.

I hope to have Jerry build me another SD-10 Fessy, this time E9 with 4 or 5 pedals and 5 Knee levers.

First I gotta find the right outrageously sparkle mica AND the right mother of pearl mica. And then of course, the money for a 4th pedal steel guitar.

Regards,
HH

I can't help you with the money part but, There is a company called Precision Drum that sells drum coverings in metal flake and mother o pearl finishes. You can order a Carter guitar with this finish.

I'll be glad to help you part with the money. Just send it all to me. I won't even burdon you by sending anything back.

Hey Mike. Now there's something that Gary Morse would be happy to hear. I think he already knew this, but was waiting for conformation. And now... it's official. Smile
