slightly paraphrased:
Marge: but you already have a Stringmaster, dear....
Homer: (whiny) but I want that one...
My finger hovered precariously over that BIN button but I don't truly need this one, I do truly need the cash in question for other things and there is someone out there who does not own a Stringmaster who deserves the joy of having this.
I'm talking to you! You know who you are. Just do it!

That's probably the nicest Stringmaster I have seen for a while.
Someone's gonna be happy!

That's a beauty.
I think the seller will regret the BIN.
I'm surprized it's still there.
Bart and Lisa: "We're Hungreeeeeey!!!"
Marge: "I'll get grocery money from your father."
Homer: "But Marge..... we can get kids anytime. When will we ever see a Stringmaster in this condition for $1200 again???

Congrats!!! I looked longingly at that one too. Seems like every time I buy something on ebay a month or two later it comes up at a better price. I've learned to live with that, I guess.
That's a sweet sweet guitar. I think the seller will regret the BIN price. I felt lucky to get my 55 for $1250, and mine has a lot of wear and tear on it. |

I think he got beat on shipping, $25 is not enough for the lower 48, let alone Hawaii.

The $25 will get it to Hawaii in whatever is their ultra slowest service, parcel post I guess (but in what condition will it arrive?). Since 9-11 the US postal service to the islands has been quite pathetic, so unless you pay thru the nose for 'Express Mail', your gonna wait and chance having damaged goods. |
