T-logo

Probably cause one magnet was rusted out and the other one's chrome is flaking ...

2 hrs work to get them pristine.

Who says there are no good deals on Ebay anymore ... that was a "rippin' good buy".

Too bad I am on "Steel Probation" and not watchin' Ebay ...

I saw that one too. Hey Rick, what kind of pickup did they use on the "Ace" models?

Hey ... I'm watchin' that on ...

There was some "controversy" over the Ace models with the handrest.

The first two I saw had a conventional single coil ... not a horseshoe.

Later I found that indeed they were originally equipped with horseshoe pickups ... the ones I saw were "Pirated".

My "Blue Ace" sports a pristine set of 1.25"ers.

Since they are under-cover ...its easy to pass them off .... after "steelin' the shoes".

The handrest was a bad idea ... in my opinion ... more right hand obstruction ... and they cover up "dem purdy shoes" ...

That's probably what led to their demise ...
