I believe you would have to call that a double neck EH-150. They came in several different configurations. Most were 6 string but I have a 7 string and I recently saw a picture of a 10 string.

that same model was discussed here previously
seems to be a Custom type EH150
if i recall, Al Marcus (?) mentioned that Alvino Ray played a model similar to that one

I believe that it could be the first EH 150 double neck before going to a guitar shaped body.

Stunning steel for sure! Is this one part of your personal collection Richard? I agree with HowardR that it must be the pre-guitar shaped body style and undoubtedly very rare. Great pic of the metal bodied Alvino Rey steel as well! Can't help but to crawl out of the woodwork when a Gibson thread comes on
