When I post on my Mac with Safari, often the new post doesn't show up immediately and I have to hit the refresh button to read it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I know how to fix it with Internet Explorer. This question is specific to the Safari web browser.

It seems to be a popular bug in Safari... did a quick hunt and there's no apparent fix.

It happens all the time to me.

I'm gotten so used to hitting "Apple R" when I post that I don't even think about it.

Yeah,

I've had this problem with safari since Jaguar. Except during the first week of my fresh install of Tiger. But after the first system update, it was happening again.

Try this app:
www.lordofthecows.com/safari_enhancer.php

It has many cool features to pimp your safari. Like enabling the debug menu. There's an option in the debug menu to "enable/disable back/forward cache" as well as other cache values that can be tweeked with this app.

Like Joey Ace, I've just gotten used to apple R whenever I'm in the forum...
