I need to pick someone's brain with a few BIAB basics. I have the 2005 program and a cd with loads of songs. Here are my questions:

1. When I get a song up and edited to my liking, can I save it in a BIAB fav. file and run it w/o using the original CD?
2. I need Teardrop and School Days if anyone has these. When I get the file, how would I incorporate it into my favs.?
3. How would I go about putting files onto a CD so I can use them when I play at school, etc.?

I am fairly computer literate but am a BIAB newbie. Thanks for any help.

Biab songs can be saved as wav files. Then you can burn them to a cd.

Ron,

What I do, is save my favorite songs in a seperate folder. Just manually create a folder, call it "Ron's Favs" or whatever, then just copy/paste your preferred stuff into that folder.

I would create the folder in the same directory that BIAB opens to by default. Usually the same directory that your libraries are saved in.

Do what Ben said. It's much easier to keep track of the songs that you want to use. I have several sub-directories (folders) for various purposes.
However, if you do that, be sure to do File->Make Song Titles in the new folder(s). Just copying the files to the new folder(s) won't make the songs visible to BIAB.
