Nashville Business Journal reports that Tennessee internet service customers are eligible for refunds on their internet service sales tax. The deadline for applications is Saturday, July 17 (I saw the story for the first time this morning). My isp, Att.net, shows no mention of this at all on their homepage and att.net customer support is nonexistent. Can anyone offer help in filing an application for this refund? |

Thanks Everett. Customers must make the request directly to their internet service provider. That's the problem. Emails to service at att.net receive a pat response that does not address the question. Their online help chat has never worked. I have XP Pro with all the updates and IE6 and every time I try to use the chat it errors out with 'you must have Netagent or Java to use this'. Any Att.net users with knowledge on how to make the request of our ISP? |
