Just bought one off eBay. Don't know how to mount it. Should the blow in or out? It seems the motor wires come out the same side as the air blowing which is opposite normal "fans". |

You say that so emphatically. Seeing how the slots in my case cover are not in line with the grill for the fan I thought perhaps it may be for intake. Not too far-fetched when you consider my internal fan is blowing directly on the processor. It needs air from outside to accomplish this. |

Erik my friend I'm not sure what I said so I will try again.... my fan blows "into the case" to force the hot air that is inside, "out". I think we are on the same track. www.genejones.com |

I finally got a response from the company that sold it to me. They say if it's mounted on the front of the case the fan should face in (for intake), if mounted on the rear of the case the fan blows out(for exhaust). In either case the fan is blowing rearward. |
