Problem w/Anti-Virus Program

I recently installed eTrust EZ Armor. This includes, Anti Virus, Desk Shield and Fire Wall. I have since had several screen freezes. Using Ctrl, Alt and Delete will not end the freeze and I have to manually turn off my computer to reboot.

How can I stop the screen from freezing up?
