I just got a flier from PG Music who sell BIAB. They have announced version 12. I wonder if anyone has gotten it yet and if so, what are your opinions? Is it worth spending $49 for the upgrade (or $99 for the megapak upgrade)?

OH, NO! Not again.....PG gets me every Xmas!
I started w/ver 7 in 1996 and seems like I have upgraded every year? I enjoy the program a great deal, but there are tons of stuff more that it will do that I haven't got to yet? Got to check their web site to see what the new "bells & whistles" are? |

Styles Set 30 "World Fretboards" looks really cool, with Hawaiian and new age styles. According to this page, you need BIAB 12 to use it.
The new features (lots of them!) are itemized here. I think I gotta have it.

DOUG your right on target, I too have Ver#7, 9, 10 & 11. I'm totally maxed out, I have tons of styles and songs. I'm going to pass this one by & maybe the next one next year.
