Bob,i find the version that Pg Music makes, to be very user friendly. I was just checking out the latest version(Version 11),and the sound of the instruments has improved dramatically, even over earlier versions! The instruments sound very real! I'm not familiar with the Ross version, maybe someone else could give you some input there. The PG Music version sure has a lot to offer. My 2 cents!

I have searched the Boss site and can find no BIAB there. If you mean the pedal boards that have various incantations of guitar sounds, there is no comparison.

BIAB is a system where you can use all the instruments of the rainbow, in multi musical styles and write your own charts, print them out or turn them into midi files and add from there.
