When everything freezes and I have no active mouse, the only thing I can do is--CTRL--ALT---Delete-- a window opens that offers an "end task" selection. Since I have no active mouse at this time, are there keys I can type to select it rather than hitting the same ones again to force a total shutdown ? Thanks |

Bill,
Use your up and down arrow keys, and the tab key to navigate through the choices.

Notice in the task list that the E and S on the End Task and Shutdown buttons are underlined. You can use the Alt key with these letters to shut down or end a selected task. |
