I've tried both ways and prefer the track at a time option. The disk at once does not leave the gap and all the songs were run together on the CD's that I created that way.

I created the first couple of CD's with disk at once for my "Gulf Coast Steel Guitar" album and got complaints about everything run together. I went to track at once and no more complaints.

If you're copying or making a live cd then Disk At Once is the only way to go. Otherwise you'll get the 2 second space between tracks. I ALWAYS use Disk At Once, but before I burn the tracks I check them out with Cool Edit 96 and if there is no space after each track I add about 3 seconds of silence at the end and about 0.33 seconds at the beginning of each song. (Of course I don't do this on live recordings. This way the tracks don't run together and I don't have some of the problems that can arise from using Track at Once.
