Can you still buy the cheap Nashville 112 amp covers? I'm not talking about the special made covers, just the cheap covers.
Does Steel Guitar Nashville have them?

Terry, they did at one time. Give them a call to see if they have them in stock.

Mike Brown mentioned that Peavey was going to discontinue selling covers, but that there was still some in stock (couple of months ago).
Here is the toll free number for Peavey service/parts/Mike Brown. 1-877-732-8391
(X 1180 for Mike). |

Jack - Why would they stop selling the covers to their own amps? |

What Lee said.
If Peavey continues to make the Nashville 112 amp, they should also continue making the covers. Or does that make too much sense? |

Terry,
Billy Cooper's shop had them, may still have some in stock. Also, I have mentioned this previously, an old Nashville 400 cover is a perfect fit, just needs to be shortened two or three inches. |

Uhh...maybe they're converting that end of the factory to a pedal steel manufacturing facility?
(I'm holding out for that big $ endorsement deal.) |

Guys, I'm purty sure Jack is right about Peavey not making covers for the amps. I remember Mike Brown saying something to that effect several months ago.
Thanks David, I'll try Billy Cooper's to.

A cover should come free with every amplifier. |

I don't know why they discontinued selling covers too, but that's what Mike announced.
That is also what the local Peavey dealer told me. When I bought my 112 in Feb of 05 I got the last cover the dealer had and he told me he didn't think he could get anymore (a friend bought one two months later from the same dealer and couldn't get a cover).
The latest covers for the Nashville 400, Nashville 1000 and the Nashville 112 were all made in China, so it's not a production issue in their US plants.
I've got one of the Palmer "D2F" padded covers and it's much better (costs more but the padded cover is much better). |

The Tom Palmer cover is so good I can pick up my Sessio 400 out of the trunk by lifting it with the cover, makes it eaiser to remove. They are very thick, well made. I have one for every amp.

FWIW, the Fender DSP100 (watt) "Deluxe" cover will fit the NV 112 (I had one laying around), I just put the Fender logo to the back

Hey Guys, I bought the last cover that
Peavey had and Mike told me they were no
longer making covers in house. Maybe they
are outsourcing them like everything else
is being done in our country.

Jim, as I mentined above, the last covers Peavey had were made in China. My Nashville 1000 cover is made in China. The later Nashville 400 covers were made in China. It's not an issue that they are now going to have "outsourced". |
