Hi has, anyone had an experience with one of the small round buttons on the front of the TTF sticking? On the preamp tone select the one that changes it from clean to crunch I believe there is 4 different settings and you just push the button and it cycles thru the 4 different settings.

Well mine gets stuck once in a while and just keeps cycling thru the 4 different settings. Then I touch it and it stops. I looked at the button and it will pop off so I'm wondering if I need to get a new switch or can I lubricate the old one some how. Thanks for any suggestions.

From what I remember on my TT Fex those are not really replaceable or cleanable switches. I had a flakey switch (a different one than yours) on mine and I just put up with it.

Maybe Ken Fox has figured out a way to work on them?

Not sure about those push button switches for the tube but I have been sucessful at using a cleaner with lubricant for the other push buttons on the front panel (cursors and the other buttons to access menues). They must be sprayed from in behind and that requires removing the top from the unit. That's a bunch of screws on the Transtubefex!

Send it to me for a battery-less mod (if it has not already gotten one) and I will clean the switches free. Just put a note in that it needs to be done.
