Thank you for your purchase and support of Peavey products. I don't believe that I have received a single comment from a steeler that did not like this amp.

Mine's on its way. It's a long wait over here but I'm sure it will be worth it. |

Nashville 112s are great amplifiers and they're perfect amplifiers for playing steel at home or at shows. I love my Nashville 112! Brett, Emmons S-10, Morrell lapsteel, GFI Ultra D-10 |

Mike Brown, where can I get the NV112 knobs and or little metal rings that go on the knobs. Had an unseen incident where a knob and little ring came up missing.

I got mine last week and gave it a good workout over the weekend. Sat at a pretty large club, Sun outdoors at a street festival. It did a fine job. Both places it was through the system, but I think it would be ok without that.

Add me to the list of satisfied NV 112 owners and users. I used mine on New Years eve at a large venue with a lot of bodies absorbing the sound and had no problems cutting through the mix at all... A very nice all 'round steel amp...JH in Va.

2 NV112s just got delivered today - from our hero, Bobbe Seymour. They got here fast . .
Great little amps, no doubt about it!
And I can even lift them without getting that icepick in the back sensation . .
Thank you Bobbe, thank you Jeannie, thank you Danny! |

How suitable are these amps for non pedal steel guitar ? It seems most people posting comments about them are pedal steel players. Are these cabinets constructed of particle board ? |

They sound good for non-pedal, clean and well defined - but of course they don't have that sweet tube saturation sound.
I'll probably use one NV112 and one tube amp for gigs, just to get the "best of both worlds".
The cabinets are made of wood - looks like plywood . .[This message was edited by Rick Alexander on 21 May 2006 at 08:42 AM.] |

I think I'm about to take the plunge. I'm starting to do some trio dates at small clubs. I know it's been addressed, but could I get a passable fiddle and guitar sound?
