Mike, How's the Peavey Valve King 112 for Jazz guitar? I was looking at one today at Sam Ash. I see it has 3-12xa7,and 2-6L6. |

Sorry for my delayed answer but I have been on vacation.
I am not a jazz type player so I couldn't provide that point of view. But, it has a clean channel that is normally used by jazz stylists, so it should work well.
Visit your dealer and try it out, would be my suggestion. |

I would recommend a Peavey Nashville 112 for Jazz. I love the sound of mine with a 335 style guitar or a big body Jazz guitar. And it sounds pretty good with a steel too .

Good suggestion. But if you prefer a tube amp, the Valve King or the Classic 50 should work fine. |
