This question has to do with a "Goodrick Steel Driver" I realy do not know what they do. Are they a benifit to Steel Playing. I have noticed one or two in pictures of steel players, with this small box attachedd to the leg if their PS with the name "Goodrich" on the box.

A Steel Driver is just like a A7 sustainer but with a distortion effect added that you can switch on and off.
I have one for sale in the for sale amps and effects $150.

what i cannot figure out about them is why they are so expensive. I dont really know what they do or what they sound like, but it appears to just be a tone/level boost with a small fuzz circuit...no reason thats should cost $250 new...but maybe I am missing something..i must be. Buy Ken's thats a good price.
