I've read lots of threads here about the lemay or peavey modification for a NV 400, but what does it actually do for your sound?

Both mods reduce the quacky mids and ad bottom. I think the Lemay adds a little more lows than the Peavey.

Larry, I have a question about a vegas 400 v/ the Nash 400. The left side or the steel side, is it the same as the Nash? |

I don't have a clue. I have never played one. Kenny Krupnick has one, he should know.
