I need a schematic for '60's Kustom amp head, model: C895. Any help appreciated.

I worked on a Kustom 100 Bass head about a year ago. I found some schematics on the web by doing a google search. I don't remember what the site was except I think there may be something on the Kustom web site, although they don't have a lot on the older equipment.

Thanks Jack. I found sites with some schematics. The amp I'm working on is 200 watt head, no reverb, and is vintage'60s. There is a loud buzz in it. I replaced the filters and checked the diodes and that's about as far as I can go without a roadmap.

Could still be a power supply problem (rectifier diodes?).

Most of the old Kustom equiment used basically the same circuitry. If you find a schematic for a 100, it is probably pretty close to the 200.

Jennings, the Kustom amps were all solid state - no tubes.

Thanks for the input. Someone worked on this amp before I got it and they have de-soldered components (and laminate) on a PCB that drives the output transistors. I believe the problem is in this board. I'll try scoping it. I think the buzzing may be oscillations since the filter caps and diodes in the power supply are ok. I did replace the caps.
