I was told about the 482i Sonic Maximizer and how great it was for giving a very clean and pure sound. I have been trying it out since yesterday and it is by far he best and cleanest sound I have gotten out of my steel ever. Just thought you guys might want to know about it.

Hi, Ron. I'm still enjoying your old Sierra S-14.

I love the Sonic Maximizer for PA use - it can do wonders cleaning up even a mediocre PA sound. I used to use one for guitar - it really made clean rhythm parts shimmer - thanks for the tip.

I notice that BBE has made floor pedal and active DI-box versions with the same maximizer circuitry as the 482i, for those of us who don't carry racks around.
