I loaned my tubefex to a friend full of newman settings. He said was practising one night ,went & answered the phone ,came back & everything was gone off the screen. He reckons he can't find any thing. The Tubefex
has the new memory chip not the battery. Can anyone tell me what to try to retrieve the settings? as he does not live in my town & niether of us are familiar with the way a tubefex works.I have a friend that has a card with the Newman settings on it.When you have put the card in the slot ,what do you do next to reload the settings? I bought the Tubefex off the Steel forum from the U.S & did not get a manual with it .So i hope someone can help.

Paul, check out Peavey's website. The manual can be downloaded from there.

I sent you instructions for card usage. If you have a blank screen, I suspect bigger problems

I agree with Ken. The presets will not just disappear.
