I keep mine all at 12"O'clock except warmth at 8 O'clock,Bass at 2 O'clock.Go thru 2 Lexicons,L-R pulled out and at 2 O'clock.Gain at 12 O'clock, EFEX at 2 O 'clock. rarely ever change anything.

I would suggest starting everything at 12 0'clock and adjust from there. I dont use the para-eq so I don't know about it.

I hardly ever touch mine and they all fall somewhere between 11 & 1 o'clock with the exception of the gain. It will vary on your likes, pickup, guitar, surroundings etc... but it probably won't vary much!

Here are my settings:

Presence 11 o'clock
Treble 1
Mid 9
Freq 2
Bass 11
Warmth 1

I use the 15" JBL's in Walker's cabinets.
George L 12-1 pickup.
MSA Millineum SU-12.

I tweak the warmth knob depending on the room.
