Hi to all,

I've posted a hello on the pedal steel group of the forum and have since realised that i should have addressed everyone, especially my lap steel brothers and sisters.

A little about myself; Harmonica player 25yrs, lap steel (6 string E7th) 6yrs and pedal steel (S10,E9th), well, a few days serious playing.
I've had a strong backround in country, gospel and blues. The last 7 yrs i've be into funk, groove and jazz/blues. Currently band leader of an originls instrumental funk groove band called 'the 650s' (if your ever in New Zealand).
Anyway, there's something about the steel guitar that has put me in front of the computer writing to you. I love it!

I know I'll learn a lot from the forum and thank everyone for the opportunity.
