I think there was someone on here that knew a lot about band in a box or maybe more than one I have some questions
1 I use nuendo for my sequencer can I use the drum samples I have now with band in a box
2 do any of the styles disc actually use real drummers
3 all really want it for is drum tracks and possablly a bass everyknow and then is it really capable of generating pro quality tracks my main concern is I have a lot of exspensive samples that I want to use instead of a general midi module
any help will be greatly appreciated

I'm not the expert but you should be able to export drum and bass parts from BIAB as MIDI files. Then it's just a matter of loading the MIDI files into your sequencer and playing them back through whatever sampler you've got.

I've used BIAB to get moving along quickly on a song in a sequencer (Nuendo). Even though the styles were generated with the help of a drummer, they are always going to need some tweaking. As was mentioned, export a MIDI file from BIAB and import into Nuendo. Delete the tracks you don't want/need. Then going into the MIDI and edit as needed and use whatever drum sample VSTi or external box you've got that will play back from Nuendo. |
