Second Output On Goodrich Vol. Pedal

If I plug my tuner into the second output jack, could it affect my tone at all by changing the impedance or load the amp sees?

That's what I've been using it for... haven't had a problem with it. It's definitely sounding better than the coloration that comes from the tuner's bypass. I don't hear a difference when I plug it in... there might be one beyond my ability to discern it, though.

edited to note: this is an LDR pedal that I'm using... if you have a multi-output volume pedal other than that one, I don't have a clue

If you are using a passive (pot) pedal, I believe the input impedance of the tuner will be "seen" by your amp. I use a little splitter (purchased from Radio Shack) that I plug into the output of my Hilton Digital Sustain unit (buffer pre-amp). I run one output to my rack and amp and the other output to a tuner. I hear no change in tone. When I try this before the Hilton, the tone is sucked out of the signal.

Even if the 2nd output of the volume pedal could be used for this purpose without changing the tone, in my hands it wouldn't help as I like to have the tuner before the volume pedal in the chain in order to tune w/o having others hear me.

I use a Korg CA 20 which is single ended--it has no signal pass-thru. If I use it in the second jack of a passive pedal, when it is off it is invisible but when it on it totally destroys the signal. Not subtle tone change--major disruption.
