This deals with relaminating the exterior ABS skin of a road case. I was wondering if anyone has done this. If so is it worth the work involved, or better to cut bait and buy a new roadcase.

Not worth the effort in labor. Those cases are made of plywood; removing the laminate would most likely destroy it. In any event, disassembling the case and then reassembling it would likely compromise it's structural integrity...
