Bob, if I'm not mistaken, I don't believe they have one. At least mine doesn't. Maybe the top of the headstock--that's where it is on my Frypan.

I have 3 prewar B6 necks with (top of headstock) ... 3 without ...

All of the postwar B6 necks I have (T-logos) have none ...

Thanks guys ! I am getting this years equipment insurance together and was getting ready to start unscrewing things on my bakelite looking for a serial # when I figured I would check here first.
