Could someone tell me the model of an evans
amp that is a 200 watt and has a 15" eclipse
speaker in it? The serial # is 960429C.
Also, can you tell what year it is?
Thanks in advance,
Jim |

Jim,
I would contact Julia Buffington at Evans Custom Amplifiers. Her E-mail is:
JulBuffingt@aol.com
Or you contact directly to Evans at:
evans@evansamps.com
Keep on pickin'!

Jim, I would guess it to be a mid to late ninties model by the setup and number you are quoting. The Buffingtons at Evans could put right on the money as the other member said. |

If I had to guess, I'd say it's a '96 SE-200. |

Just for a "benchmark" regarding Evans serial numbers:
My SE-200 is s/n 0153-9. According to Julia Buffington, it was built the 53rd week of 2001 (must have been a "leap week" ). It's a high-voltage model with 15" Eminence "Delta" speaker (predecessor to the "Delta-Lite" speaker0
Jim, I agree with Donny and Herb on the age of your Evans.
Keep on pickin'!
