Borrowed one from a local guy and have been fooling with it. Reverse EQ ENgrg I suppose..
So far it's the "Tiny Tweed" AMp model
Blue Comp 68/18
Sine Chorus .029 speed 100 depth and 50mix
Presence 100%
Treble 100%
Mid 0
Bass 0
Cabinet Mini T 2x2 COndenser mic room 100%
Basically it's a phased sounding Ultra High end with a missing low mid freq.
Anybody else? |

The thing has been to have one to switch back and forth from.
Ideally in the abscence of somebody posting what these Match Bros really do it's just a hunt and peck matter. The high edge without piercing semi-highs seems to be the ticket. Possibly with a MILD envelope follower as well. I have an old DOD stomp I might try to that end.
Hopefully somebody else will have some input.
One chimp with one typewriter can only do a chapter at a time around my place.

I believe Buddy once said the sound originated by using one graphic equalizer to feed another.
The frequency settings were not mentioned. |

Eric,
I have an article from "Steel Guitar In Germany" - Wolfgang Bednard. It shows a 11 band equalizer with 11 sliders that go from
0DB (center) and slide down to minus 10DB or slide up to plus 10DB.
The settings are only approximate, the photocopy is not all that great. I made up the scale to describe the diagram.
31hz = - 9%
62hz = -10%
125hz = -10%
250hz = -10%
500hz = - 9%
1khz = +9%
2khz = -10%
4khz = +8.5%
8khz = +10%
16kz = +9.8%
Level = 0% (middle)
He used a Boss RGE-10 to get a excellent "Electric Dobro Sound".
