I have a Emmons D 10 and want to use a goodrich 7A with a Nashville 1000 and a goodreich vol pedal. Can some please advise me the way to get it in the system?

| Hi Don, Most of us guys come out of the guitar to the Goodrich 7A to the volume pedal input. Normally the 7A has a leg clip for the right rear leg. Best regards, Jody. |

Donald, Before trading amps I had a 1000. I would run from my guitar to my Hilton, In your case the 7A, to the input on the amp.
Plug your vol pedal into the effects loop.
You will be pleased with the sound and how you don't lose any tone at low and high volume, pedal travel. This 1 one feature I really miss on my Evans. Maybe some day they will put one on their amp if they haven't already and I will get it back. In the meantime I will just keep using what I have. Hope maybe this help.
OH! something else. If you have any other effects you can use the other fx loops. Everything is real clean. And if I remember right there is a loop on the back.
Experiment a little and if all else fails and you have it, read the book. If not just stay on the forum. There's a wealth of info here. Good luck.

Donald, the PRE EQ PATCH is designed to "insert" your volume pedal into the circuit so that when you move your volume pedal back and forth, the tone is not changed and you get the full output from your guitar pickup. In order to hook your pedal up to this patch point, it will require three shielded instrument cables. To connect it,
Using one cable, connect from the output of your guitar straight to the input of your amp.
Using the second cable, connect from the SEND jack in the PRE EQ section to the input of your volume pedal.
Using the third cable, connect from the output of your volume pedal to the RETURN jack in the PRE EQ section.
That's it! |
