My knee lever (on the ZB E9 neck) that has the half stop and flats the D# to a D and then to a C# will not go all the way down to the C#, and appears to be losing the half stop as well. Is this a spring that's lost its tension, or is there another adjustment on the guitar that I'm not seeing? Any help appreciated.

Danny, mine has a coller with an allen screw in it that occasionally comes lose and has to be re-tightened. You have to look real close under the springs. Its hard to see.

Danny, inside the changer there are some stop nuts but they're hidden just inside the endplate. These are your permanent range adjustments that tell the fingers where to stop. I also had a situation where the finger ran out of range. I had to barely adjust these nuts to move the stop point thus providing more range. For that string since it's lower-only you could probably adjust the finger in the raise direction just a hair, like two turns of the nuts. Then you will have a broader lowering range. It's tricky in there because you have to remove a return spring to get at the tiny lock nuts.
