I got the idea off the internet. Get one of the old personel cassette players that people used before personel cd players came on the market. Pop the back off and solder a guitar cable to the tape head inputs on the circuit board. I made a jumper and wired the left & right channel together. Connect the positive of the cable to the left/right channel and the negative of the cable to the ground/common of the tape head input. I didn't have enough room to put a cable jack in the cassette player so I just drilled a hole in the back cover and ran the cable through it. Just insert a tape and play along.
