Mike I'm having a problem with my Pro-Fex maybe you can help me with. At times the volume just dies, but if I unplug the guitar chord, wait a few seconds and plug it back in the volume is back.Other times it will come back on it's own. I'm using a Goodrich light pedal.I appreciate any help you can give me.

I recommend that you first try reinitializing the Profex II. Please understand that you will lose any custom presets that you have created. I recommend that you have these backed up via RAM cartridge. This may or may not be the problem.

Another thing to consider is either a bad solder connection at the jack or just a bad jack. Hope that this helps.
