1.How do you tell which version/software/upgrade you have?

2.Is there any difference, as it relates to steel?

To determine which software version that your Tubefex is equipped with, press and hold the "DOWN" and "LEFT" arrow keys simultaneously and power the unit up. The software version will be displayed in the LCD screen momentarily.

Some software versions were enhancements. For example, version 2.0 allows you to punch in and punch out effects within a preset when using a midi footcontroller such as the Peavey PFC-10.
