Anyone used one of these? The Microverb 4 seems to crop up in small ads from time to time, quite cheaply. Okay for delays or chorus in my home recording setup?

I've been using a microverb in my rack since they were introduced. Great little unit. Very clean and quiet. I use it in the stereo mode into two session 400s.

I bought one. It was okay for gigs, but too noisy for recording. Maybe it was the unit - other people have had better results.

After a while mine quit working. I don't know why.

I have one of the first Microverbs that sounds great with steel. When the Microverb II's came out, I got one of them but could never get a reverb sound I liked, so I sold it and went back to the original.
