Can any non pedalers who've changed a pickup out on their lap or console recommend anyone who makes an eight string pickup for 3/8th inch string spacing. I was thinking about changing at least one of the pickps on my Magnatone D8 Lyric. It isn't the greatest guitar but it is fun to play and could use a new one or repair on the inside neck .

thanks

I recommend a Jerry Wallace TT-8 http://www.jerrywallacemusic.com/
Tell him what string spacing you need and what you're replacing.

Jerry Wallace would be a good choice. He did an excellent job on a 7 string single coil custom for one of my Lapdancers. Nice guy to boot!

Thanks Donald and Loni , I called Jerry today and spoke to him about my guitar's pickups . He was helpful .After I test the output on my Mag's pups I'll send them to him for rewinding if there's an output problem from broken winding
