I have a Peavey Rockmaster tube preamp that i use on guitar but would like to use it for steel. Is there anything special i need to have done to the unit for it to work with pedal steel as far as tone quality and voicing. |

Hello Jim,
I'm afraid that I don't have a Rock Master preamp to try first to provide an opinion for you. I have never used this unit for a steel guitar, but there is no reason that it wouldn't work. I just can't give you an opinion.
If you have a Rock Master preamp, try it and let all of the Forumites know what you thinkg.
My toll free number here in the U.S. is 1-877-732-8391 should you wish to discuss this. Thanks for choosing Peavey products. |

Looks like Mike could use his own area on the forum. You're just too good to us.

Yeah, I guess I get a bit long winded with my explanation. But, I hope that I can help you guys with the Peavey gear. It's my job. "Just the facts, m'aam."(Joe Friday, 1967). |
