Last night at a job, I was getting hardly any volume out of my set-up. I thought it might be a bad cord. As I tried out each cord, I discovered that bypassing the ProFex returned my volume. Can someone confirm that this could be a bad internal battery? Do I need to send the unit to Peavy for service? Your advice is welcomed. Thanks to all of you who share your input! |

There could be a 4560 IC problem in the output stage. I suggest that you have a qualified technician check this out for you.
Also, a leaking battery can cause several symptoms, so it might be time to change the battery while the tech is handy. If you would like to speak to me or one of our techs, please call me toll free in the U.S. at 1-877-732-8391 or at (601)483-5365 outside the U.S.. |
